While some are optional, we would require your presence for certain team events and/or occasions.

To support our Talent Development & Growth team within our People & Culture area, we are looking for an Intern (f/m/x) who will be taking care of the coordination, administration and organisation of learning and training events across the organisation. Your primary focus will be on assisting with administrative tasks related to our training programs and initiatives, with a specific emphasis on the purchasing process from A to Z. This is a 12-month full-time internship.

This internship will offer you an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the area of Talent Development while contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. Additionally, though to a lesser extent, you will have the opportunity to support other areas of Talent Management, such as Career Development, Leadership and Performance Enablement.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Support the Talent Development & Growth team, mainly in learning and development administrative topics.

  • Support the procurement process for all learning offerings, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders.

  • Assist in organizing, scheduling and communicating our training sessions, workshops and other learning activities.

  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of learning initiatives and resolve any administrative issues or challenges that may arise.

  • Support the Skills Curricula project with research, stakeholder meetings, and system configuration.

  • Ensure the quarterly team newsletter is prepared and distributed.

Job requirements

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

  • Some experience in procurement and purchasing administrative tasks.

  • To be an active communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders.

  • To be detail-oriented, organized and focused on delivering high-quality results.

  • To communicate fluently in English.

  • To be proficient in Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
