Experience Designer Internship (f/m/x)

AS AN INTERN

You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one and be encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of tasks, and support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis that is used at scale. English is our working language, and you will work closely with experienced analysts and engineers in a collaborative team environment.

This is a 6‑month paid internship focused on practical experience, learning on the job, and close collaboration with the team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Support the creation of UX concepts, wireframes, and UI designs for digital products.

• Apply and work within an existing design system to ensure visual and experiential consistency across products and touchpoints.

• Create low- and mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes with guidance from the team.

• Support user research and user testing activities, including preparation, execution support, and documentation of findings.

• Collaborate with developers to support design handovers and help clarify design decisions during implementation.

• Support the validation of design decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience across products and touchpoints.

• Actively exchange feedback with senior designers and learn through close collaboration and mentorship.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• To have recently completed or be close to completing a degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or a related field, and be available to start a voluntary paid internship for 6 months in July.

• To have a strong interest in user-centered design and curiosity to understand user needs and behaviours.

• To have basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and design tools such as Figma or similar.

• To have willingness to learn from a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
