To expand our Communications team in Lisbon, we are looking for an Internal Communications Intern who will play a key role in our Corporate Communication. In this full-time internship, we are offering a great opportunity to work on communication projects, gain broad experience, and get precious insights for a future career within an agile & digital environment.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Co-develop and distribute internal communications content ensuring a consistent tone of voice.

• Draft different types of communications in alignment with the Communication team on all company topics.

• Provide communication support to different teams to ensure best communication approach and content.

• Co-manage and implement internal communication tools to guarantee our messages reach our engaged tribe.

• Ensure a positive internal and external perception of Mercedes-Benz.io, working closely together with different teams.

• Support the organization of internal and external events.

• Find and research company-relevant topics.

• Support the communication team on their mission to bring the Mercedes-Benz.io brand values into the heads of this world.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• Your written and spoken English skills are so flawless, you can proof-read texts before they get published (according to the 4-eyes principle). 

• You are self-organized, adapt to last-minute changes, and get involved proactively and hands-on in all communication initiatives 

• You are creative and always looking for new solutions and ways to improve.

• You are a strong team player and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• You are attending to detail and proactive in identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions.

2) Technical interview (with a focus on your creative approach, writing & internal communication skills)

3) Final interview

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US

Mercedes-Benz.io develops software and technology for the digital platforms of Mercedes-Benz. Our main products are the Mercedes-Benz Website worldwide, the e-commerce platform, digital services and after-sales solutions.

This is a full-time intern position, based in Lisbon. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world. We encourage frequent collaboration and pairing across disciplines. English is the main working language.
