WHAT IS ONEWEB?
In the Area of Mercedes-Benz OneWeb & Mercedes Me Home, we create customer experiences for the Web and App channels. We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers’ different touchpoints across cars, products and services around the car.
With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking and the Mercedes Owner Area “Mercedes Me Home” and many more, we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Act as a trusted advisor by shaping data strategy, defining tracking needs, and delivering insights that support informed decisions
Manage the full analytical workflow — from exploring and preparing data to analyzing, validating, and visualizing insights that drive business value
Work autonomously with our analytics stack (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Databricks) and relevant programming languages
Define business KPIs and measurement frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear tracking and documentation
Analyze cross-product data to uncover user behavior patterns and optimize customer journeys
Build dashboards, deliver KPI reporting, and present insights to product teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with Customer Insights (qualitative research team) to identify discrepancies, generate hypotheses, and propose optimization strategies
Consult development teams on proper A/B test implementation and related tracking requirements
Lead and mentor internal and external Digital Analysts to ensure high-quality analytics delivery
Job requirements
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
Experience with digital analytics — event/session-level tracking, user flows, and product behavior analysis
Experience with data visualization (Power BI or similar)
Strong SQL skills for raw data exploration, complex queries, and large datasets
Working experience with Python/PySpark/Pandas for data analysis
Practical statistics skills — designing before/after comparisons, checking distributions, validating assumptions, and working with significance and confidence levels
Hands-on Digital Analyst experience solving real product and business problems
Strong communication, presentation and mentoring skills
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and handle ambiguity
Experience with A/B testing — setup, analysis, understanding variability and limitations

Understand dataLayer, tracking setup, and validation
Know ETL basics and data quality principles
Can optimize queries and aggregations for large datasets
Has had hands-on experience with machine learning methods
