Working Student - Finance & Accounting (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) for Finance & Accounting (20 hours/week).

In this role we are offering a great opportunity to work on financial projects, to gain broad finance & accounting experience and get precious insights in the day-to-day business of a dynamic workplace with people from all over the world.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Support the FBP team throughout the data update process for capacity planning demands

• Assist controllers with invoice processing and verification, ensuring the accuracy of invoice statements

• Support month-end and year-end close process, and provide the controlling team with accurate financial data to ensure timely reporting

• Participate in the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances

• Collaborate with an international team of dedicated and experienced finance professionals, working closely with various departments across the company.

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• To be enrolled at a college or university in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics or comparable training

• To have the ability to demonstrate the right to work in the EU

• Excellent written and verbal German language skills, and fluent English language skills

• To be able to work independently, and confident with using MS Excel on a daily basis

• Thorough understanding of accounting, finance and business processes

• Solution-oriented and hands-on mentality along with analytical and logical thinking skills

• Professional attitude regarding communication and deadlines.

THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU

• Already have some experience with ERP/SAP-HANA system
